Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps build goodwill and peace in the world. Approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 32,000 Rotary clubs located in 200 countries and geographic locations.
The Rotary Club of Southeast Tulsa is known for its fellowship and its dedication to service. The club’s many projects include Youth Exchange, the Bill Moore Scholarship, Four Way Speech Contest, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, Organ Donor Awareness, Roy Clark Elementary Adopt-a-School, Dictionary Project, Fitfest, Junior Achievement, Interact Club, Up With Trees, Domestic Violence Intervention Service, Happy Hands School for hearing impaired children, the Little Light House, Salvation Army, Be Wise-Immunize, Health Teams International, Medical Supplies Network, The Wheelchair Foundation, Rotaplast, The Rotary Foundation, and a variety of other community and international projects. The club is composed of a diverse group of men and women dedicated to Rotary’s motto, Service Above Self.
